​As our firm's founding attorney, Mike worked his way through college and law school on an auto plant assembly line. Throughout his legal career, he has expressed his loyalty to his co-workers of that era. Representing auto-workers and others across a vast spectrum of industries and occupations continues to be his focus.

Zak has more than 15 years in practice, focusing almost exclusively on workers' compensation law.  He gained invaluable perspective from early-career experience representing insurers, providing deep insight into insurance defense strategies. His background enables him to adeptly assess how best to overcome these strategies for our clients.  Zak now directs all of his professional energies advocating for the worker.

David has 16 years of experience defending and upholding the rights of employees who have suffered an injury on the job.  He has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured workers throughout Kansas and Missouri and has a proven track record of successfully handling both trial and appellate work when it is needed.
